- 19 CC roads and drains will be constructed
- If I am given the post of Mayor, I will make Kothapalli a model in development
- Union Minister Bandi Sanjay
KARIMNAGAR: Union Minister of State for Home Bandi Sanjay Kumar has said that he would see to it that the encroachers of poor lands in Kothapalli and Karimnagar would end as soon as the Mayor is handed over to the BJP in the corporation elections. Rs. Rs 50 crore has been set aside for this. He promised to construct 19 CC roads and drainage in Kothapalli at a cost of Rs 8 crore and Rs 74 lakh. The tender process has already been completed. In Kothapalli, the BJP has fielded Gunti Ramya Sekhar and Vasala Ramesh. He promised to develop the area in every possible way. Sanjay said that Kanche Shekar, who fought for the people, went to jail many times for the people, and his wife, 17th ward candidate Gunti Ramya, is a 25-day-old baby. Everyone who saw her wept. Vassala Ramesh and Gunti Ramya are expected to win with a huge margin.

Union Minister Bandi Sanjay participated in a street corner meeting in Kothapalli as part of the municipal election campaign. The Union Minister appealed to the BJP candidates to win in this street corner meeting, where thousands of people gathered. Highlights of the speech:
Earlier it was a gram panchayat. It became a municipality. Now it has been merged with Karimnagar Corporation. Is there any benefit? However, the employment guarantee was not fulfilled. EGS funds have been stopped.
Currently there are two divisions. Kothapalli will be given as much priority in terms of development as Karimnagar. People should not be discouraged here. BJP should be blessed with a new zeal.
The then Kothapalli municipality received Rs 26 crore from the central government under AMRUT 2.0. The funds received by the municipality will be spent in this area. Tenders have been called for some works. Some work is going on.
I have given Rs 50 crore to the Karimnagar municipality from the central government for the drainage of CC roads. I love Kothapalli so much that there are about 19 roads in the area for CC drainage. A sum of Rs. 8.74 crore has been allocated for the purpose. The work will start as soon as the elections are over.
