Waterlogged ORR Service Road: The Musi and Isi rivers have swollen due to torrential rains in the outskirts of Vikarabad, Tandur and Ranga Reddy districts. The water released from the twin reservoirs affected the stretch from Jiyaguda to Mancherewala-Narsingi ORR service road. The service road at Narsingi-Manchirevula was also inundated. Traffic was disrupted on account of this.

Around 600 people have been shifted to relief camps. Traffic on the Chaderghat and Musarambagh bridges has been suspended. Flood water is flowing on the bridge.
Floods have inundated Kashibugga, Kishanbagh, Mekalamandi and Gaushala areas. 5 cars and a travel bus were submerged near Moosarambagh Bridge. They left their cars and vehicles and went to the relief camps. Food was supplied to those stranded in Musi stream at Moosanagar in Malakpet through a drone. The locals said that every year there is a flood in the area. All the items in the house were gutted.
At Puranapul, the Musi flow was 13 feet. A priest’s family is trapped in a flooded Shiva temple. Four people were rescued with the help of a crane.
Flood waters engulfed the Mahatma Gandhi Bus Stand, which is crowded with thousands of commuters every day. The passenger area has been temporarily closed on the orders of the higher authorities. The passengers were shifted to safe places. Buses are not allowed to enter. Passengers going to far-flung areas are being shifted to LB Nagar and Uppal stations.
