Kalvakuntla Kavitha, the sole child of previous Telangana Chief Minister KCR, has been expelled from the BRS party.
Kalvakuntla Kavitha, the sole daughter of former Telangana chief minister KCR, has been expelled from the BRS party. Her suspension, which takes effect immediately, was announced by the party earlier in the day.
K. Kavitha, an MLC and his daughter, has been suspended from the BRS by its president, K. Chandrasekhar Rao. The action comes after Kavitha accused BRS MP J. Santosh Kumar and Finance Minister T. Harish Rao of being involved in the Kaleswaram project scandal.
In recent months, Kavitha has publicly criticized her brother K.T. Rama Rao and Harish Rao, further solidifying her position as a rebellious voice inside the party. Because of her alarming accusations against Harish Rao and Santhosh Kumar, Kavita was expelled from the party on disciplinary grounds. Following her suspension, she is no longer a part of the BRS ecosystem.

Now that Kavitha has been formally bid farewell by the BRS, it must be extremely difficult for her to improve Telangana politics. According to reports, Kavita is also considering leaving the MLC job and the party post before the party informs the council of her suspension. She is scheduled to speak to the media tomorrow and is anticipated to make a number of thought-provoking remarks regarding this suspension and associated events. As we previously reported earlier in the day, Kavita is probably going to start a new party in the coming days under the name TBRS (subject to change). According to reports, she is getting ready for her own political debut shortly.
