Hyderabad: Arshad Warsi and Sanjay Dutt’s iconic bromance from Lage Raho Munna Bhai and Munna Bhai MBBS has long been treasured by Bollywood fans. Their performances as Circuit and Munna won over many hearts and helped both films become huge box office hits. Audiences are still excited to see the two reconnect for Munna Bhai 3 over twenty years after the second movie’s premiere.
Although there have been repeated reports regarding the third installment, the project never really got underway until recently. Arshad Warsi recently gave an update on the sequel and talked candidly about his experience working on the property in an interview with a newswire.
“Sanju is mind-blowing,” Arshad Warsi declares.
Arshad praised his friend and co-star Sanjay Dutt, recalling his days of making the Munna Bhai flicks, saying, “Sanju is just mind-blowing, he is a different kind of talent altogether.” Being with him used to be so much joy. Furthermore, I must admit that I have a terrible memory for the full script and the overall plot of the movie. However, in order to remind Sanju, I had to recall the whole story. ‘Bro, what are we doing today?’ he used to ask every day when he arrived. I would then explain to him that we were performing this scene today, that we had done that scene yesterday, that the scene before it had this, that the one after it had this, and so forth. And he would say, ‘Kya yaar’. Magic occurred on the screen.
Rajkumar Hirani is “seriously working” on Munna Bhai 3, according to Arshad.
Arshad shocked fans by providing an update when they enquired about the status of Munna Bhai 3. “You see, part 3 started out not happening at all, but now Raju (Rajkumar Hirani) is actually working on it,” he remarked. He is putting a lot of effort into it, and it appears that it should happen right now.
Prior to this disclosure, Arshad had voiced concerns about the initiative. In a previous interview with a newswire, he had stated that Rajkumar Hirani would not start filming Munna Bhai 3 unless he was “200% sure about the script.” Now, though, it seems the director has discovered an idea that motivates him enough to proceed.

The most crucial element, he revealed, is that the upcoming installment must surpass the earlier flicks. Now, though, I have a novel notion. Of course, everything has been said in the 100 years of cinema. However, I am working on that concept. However, neither the narrative nor the timeline were disclosed by the director.
